Barney, he may be purple, but he's a dinosaur. One thing that I learned from watching Jurassic Park 92 times is that dinosaurs can kick some human @ss. And if Bush did somehow get the upper hand, Barney could slip him a pretzel and it would all be over.

i do no longer understand Bart is possibly quicker than Cartman yet all it would take is for Cartman to hit him as quickly as (yet on the different hand Bart is often getting strangled by using Homer) so Bart is my very final answer
