Everybody needs vitamin E. This hard-working vitamin maintains a lot of your body's tissues, like the ones in your eyes, skin, and liver. It protects your lungs from becoming damaged by polluted air. And it is important for the formation of red blood cells.
Whole grains, such as wheat and oats, wheat germ, leafy green vegetables, sardines, egg yolks, and nuts are rich in this vitamin.
With a smile: This vitamin keeps you looking young with good skin, hair, and muscle tone. Allowing our body to absorb vitamins and minerals from our food is more appropriate than taking vitamin supplements.

It moisturizes the skin and helps you glow. Your skin won't be so dry. It helps your hair and nails grow. It protects your cells from free radicals, and it also prevents your blood cells from sticking to each other and from the vessels they travel in. That will lower your blood presser.
