The website that I normally use to find a cheap cell phone is Craigslist.org. If that doesnt work id say third party dealers that may have some inexpensive camera/music phones that they wanna sell.

Check to see if there are any independant dealers where you live for t-mobile you can buy one there witout a new contract. Although it is cheaper to extend your contract and get the discount on the phone.
