I don't know where you live, but where I am in CA there is a BAD stomach bug going around.

Try to keep hydraged. Get some baby wipes for "cleaning up". A nice coat of petroleum jelly will help with the chaffing.

Feel better soon!

give it up babe, you're staying up all night! The worst thing you can do is taking something for it, your body is flushing out what ever invader is in there. Gas pains can mimick heartack pain, yes it gets that bad! Heating pads on your stomach help as does that lovely position on your knees so your posterior is the highest point........I know you feel stupid but it works!

Traveling gas? Press lightly on your abdomen - might help move it around and, eventually ,out.
