If you think you are cheating then certainly you cheating. Use your rationale and take your own decisions. I think you think you cheating but trying to find one that would say "you are not cheating". Do not tend to find answers for those questions which you know you already have answers to.

The right and wrong is the perception in human mind. Tell me whether God had come to earth and defined in a book of all right and wrong answer?
So, the principle is very simple any action that bothers you is wrong and any action which makes you happy is right.
So, in your case as the same is bothering you, so it is wrong. If the same action wouldn't disturb you then there was no problem.

Everyone fantasizes, I've had some great ones, but that doesn't mean I'd go through with them. Fantasies are the mini vacations of the mind, and I love to travel, some times I even take my husband along for the trip.

Of course it is. Your mental affair has already taken its toll upon your affections for your husband, and while you may think now that it will never go further, you'll certainly feel differently if your fantasy co-worker actually starts responding and warming up to you.
You need to get your head out of this space soon...trust me.

Technically, you are doing nothing wrong, but keep in mind that thoughts are things. Sooner or later you may want to make these things manifest themselves, then that is a whole other kettle of fish.
If you are worried about it, try to distance yourself from the temptation.
Good luck.

i dont think so. ive been married for yrs and ive done it before , my husband has talked about women in his sleep but know that, that is as far as it will go with both of us. so dont sweat it but if u and ur spouse have a good relationship u better tell them before u say it in ur sleep. if not try to let it go. sometimes we only want what we cant have, then if and when we get it, it sucks. so cover all ur roads. u only see them at work so remember that at work tomorrow. good luck!

One cannot help being attacted to others. Your actions define cheating, not thoughts. Also, if you think of this other person more than your current partner, maybe you should reconsider your realationship.

You just admitted you are cheating in your mind... how can that NOT be wrong... I think you already know what the answer is to that one.

Of course it isn't! Are you hurting anybody with your fantasies? You could even apply the enthusiasm generated by your co worker to your relationship with your partner. Relax and enjoy!

Yeah...if you are in a relationship and he is too. U are emotionally involved with this person. There is only two people in a relationship. Three is a crowd.
