i am a 17 year old whit femal. i am in love. but the man i am in love with keeps herting me over and over agin. if you think you can make me laugh. or make me happy. please reaponse

Sorry sister, I'm a little older but....you want to do what you can to make him stop hurting you. You want to make him happy enough to respect you. Sadly that doesn't work. You cannot try hard enough to make him treat you well, that would be up to him. The harder you try the less he thinks he needs to take your feelings into consideration. Don't let yourself get into that rut. He needs to want to make you happy. I know it's hard to hear but you have to walk away. If you mean enough to him, he will come after you and treat you with the respect that you deserve. You will laugh again when the time comes that you either have his respect or find someone who will give it to you.

WHY THE HELL ARE YOU WITH THIS GUY? IF HE KEEPS HURTING YOU THEN HE IS NOT IN LOVE WITH YOU. DUH. YOU ARE GETTING SOME KIND OF PAYOF FOR STICKKING AROUND AND PUTTING UP WITH IT. WHAT COULD THAT BE? YOU HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT HIM, AND YOU ARE LOOKING OUTSIDE THE RELATIONSHIP FOR COMFORT. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? mOVE ON? I THINK SO.....IT'S BETTER BE TO ALONE THEN TO WISH YOU WERE. YOU CANNOT CHANGE OR FIX HIM. IT WILL SUCK THE LIFE OUT OF YOU IF YOU WAIT AROUND FOR HIM TO CHANGE. WHY BUY SHOES THAT ARE 3 SIZES TOO SMALL? YOU HAVE VIRTUALLY NO EXPERIENCE WITH DIFFERENT GUYS. EACH ONE YOU ARE INVOLVED WITH TEACHES YOU MORE ABOUT YOURSELF, WHAT YOU REQUIRE FROM SOMEONE, AND WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE. yOU ARE TOO YOUNG TO KNOW THAT YET. BREAK UP WITH THIS GUY AND DATE LOTS OF GUYS. DON'T DATE ANYONE EXCULSIVELY. IF THEY KNOW THEY HAVE COMPETITION, THEY WILL TREAT YOU BETTER, AND TRY TO WIN YOU OVER. AND WOULDN'T IT BE COOL TO HAVE A GUY TREAT YOU SO GOOD THAT YOU FEEL LIKE CALLING ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS TO BRAG BOUT HIM?
