My husband and I recently seperated. He has left me at home with three kids. Two that are ours together and the third is his from another relationship. He moved in with another woman, and has not done anything about filing for a divorce. I am in that process and will surve him next week. The problem I have is should I contact the church that he started going to with his girlfriend? He has never been interested in religion and is only there to impress her. It makes me ill that on a day off from work , he does not share his time with our kids but spends it being someone hes not, with another woman?

You are separated and in the process of divorce, let it go. What he does with his new girlfriend is no longer your business. It doesn't matter. Focus on yourself and putting your life back together. He's not worth your time or attention, and neither is she. If you contacted the church you would look like a petty, vendictive person.

You need to contact the mother of the third kid that he had with a different relationship and have her come get this child. That way she can deal with him for abandonment. Then, I would contact an attorney and file for divorce. Next, change the locks and have anything left that he owns removed from the house. (A garage sell may just pay for that divorce attorney....) Then, sit back, relax for a bit and then nail the SOB to the wall in court. I think that will make you feel better than calling the church. They are in the business of forgiveness, I don't think now is the right time for that. Perhaps in a few years...

If he's never interested in religion, how can the church help you? He appears to be a selfish guy who's only interest is himself. So go ahead and let the courts decide on the alimony and child support for you!

Contact a divorce attorney instead and then file for child support.
