is there a way on how I can see those people who had there setting invicible but yet they are online? for example yahoo messenger .

No.....there's no magic way to see through another Yahoo Messenger or any other popular chat "invisibility" setting.
P.S.: "noone"'s suggested website is in COMPLETE RUSSIAN....and I have to suspect it's bogus. Looks more like a game site than one you'd be interested in.
