If your lease is not up usually you have 30 days to vacate.Call your local court and ask them because some states are different from others.

Not unless you do some thing that breaks the lease. Tear something up, loud parties, parking in some one Else's space again and again, these are just some of the things that could allow it.

in most states, only if it is a month-to-month lease. Otherwise , no they can't. the landlord is obligated to the lease agreement as well as you. read your lease, (try to stay awake) but read it carefully. there should be a section on termination of lease.
