n if they r somebody whom u really care for what r u supposed to do,ok let me be clear about this,the thing is right now i'm not on talking terms with this person,i mean should i just let go and talk to him.when i stopped talkin to him we had a huge argument,wher in he said somethings that hit me really badly,i think all this is really bothering me,as to what could be the reason.....pls help n no silly stupid answers

Not sure what he meant, a contaminated crisis could be a characterization of a bad situation spiraling out of control.
Sorry, but not knowing more about the argument or what lead up to it, it is hard to give a clearer answer.
I would comment that it seems like if he said knowingly-hurtful things in your last discussion that he needs to man-up and apologize to you already. If it turns out that he doesn't have the ability to do that you should consider finding someone better.
