Is it weird if you only want to date a certain race. Like I only want to date black men. But never can find any in my area. Anyone know where a good place to find a black male in the NW Indiana area?

Im going to give you a very intellegent response to the question you asked. Yes, WHile most of our me are caught up in the "Trap Life" Very few of us come out of. But I am one. Im a black male living on the Northside of the city. I just moved up there 2 years ago. Im Originally from the west side (Rockwell gardens) and I breifly lived in Cabrini Green. Yes, I have been a part of a gang, I've sold drugs, Locked up (Only the county) but charges were droped. Ive been shot, stabbed and even jumped on. When I turned 18yrs old 34 of my fellow gangmemebers were sentenced to do time in federal penatenaty. I played ball so I left and went to college. I addapted to life outside the ghetto and made something of myself. Im currently working for one of the big four consulting firms in the world. Im doning big things the legal way. I look back on my life and say Im blessed because of the things Ive been thru and where I am now. Now that Ive made it in life I never forget about the people that wasnt as fortunate as I was. I still go back to the hood and they show me love. Because no matter what I do for a living im still a hood dude. I got a baby mama that be tripping, I got 20" rims on my car, I even beat my sounds while i'm comming to work downtown (Chicago). I dont give a f**K what they think about it.

Take the Dan Ryan north to Blue Island just hand round a few block form the circle campus. If you don't get a cap in your az maybe you'll get to some.

You might want to try the internet dating sites. I've met several good men that way, black and white.

I think it's a little weird to rule others out, and a lot of time white women are into some sort of rebellion when they date black men. LIke maybe their parents didn't like Blacks, or something such as that.

A good percentage of them are in prison.

More than one out of every 10 blacks age 25-29 ARE in prison!!!... FACT. That accounts for QUITE A FEW black men. Maybe all of the people who gave my post a low rating should stop living in denial, wake up, FACE AND DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM. Ignoring reality just makes you look all the more foolish. Denying and being silent about what's really going on in the black community only makes little white girls more likely to be victimized and throw their lives away in pursuit of a lifestyle that sucks. Also makes growing numbers of blacks more likely to be imprisoned. Hiding the problem makes things worse for everybody. Those throwing all the blacks in jail LOVE their silence!!!
