I think everyone has a limb or digit bigger than the other one. My left breast in bigger than my right and to answer your question, my right foot is slightly bigger than my left.

its common for everyone of us (usually half a size difference between the left and right foot).
mine's a one size different so i have problems buying shoes.
and let me share, body size and shoes size doesnt go hand in hand. i once told a salesman "could you get me size 5 please?" and he glanced at me from top to bottom. to which i replied, "i am really a shoe size 5, despite my big size..."
haha..think i embarrassed him.
