There was a comedian or sitcom episode that did a whole riff on being "That Guy." IE, I never wanted to be that guy and now I find I am; that guy being the one person in every group that a) always behaves stupidly or maliciously. Is it true that there is always one rotten apple in the barrel? I doubt it. But in every group, there generally is one person of repeatedly makes more errors in judgment than everyone else. All that to say, if I get what you're talking about, I'll vote for a qualified "true".

I most humbly disagree. A well thought out question which takes knowledge and thought to answer usually produces exceptional answers. Being a Wise A** big time to prove you are hundred percent correct LOL
