He made us laugh with great movies like chupke-chupke,golmaal,khubsurat.Made us cry with anand and guddi.the list is very long.The best director.He made movies for real people,based on aam janta's lives.No heavy dialogues,no big businessmen,no designer costumes no rock n roll.Just pure and superb cinema made for common man.He is the best.

I just realised after his passing away that all my very favourite movies are Hrishidas' . I love his movies like Abhimaan, Chupke chupke. They are simply wonderful. Without much of the effects he has carved out such beautiful movies. May his soul rest in peace.

Hrishida one of the best directors who gave a bouquet of wonderful movies which all of us can cry , laugh & sing watching them again and again.May his soul rest in peace and wish we had good talented ppl like him still with us.
