simple the younger geneeration can listen to the older generation quitely and if their opinions differ they should tell them what they think citing examples!
Don't just keep walking ahead slow down and take the older generation with you 'cos they are the wiser people and have learnt about things from their life experiences

Simply talk and listen to each other, and have the attitude of respect at the outset. Every generation is different, and every generation has something to contribute to the world.
