You just described my mother's ethnic background. I'm willing to bet that you (or your parents) were born in the Philippines. That's because there are many people there with that specific background. Most everyone there has native Filipino ancestry, that's a given. However, because that country was once under Spanish control many people end up also having Spanish ancestry. As for Chinese, most Americans don't realize that there are tons of Chinese that immigrated to the Philippines. My grandfather, on my mom's side, is just one example of this. Of course my sister also has that background, but with French and Italian there as well. Just to give a little more background info on the topic, my mother works as an RN and my sister is in the process of getting her PhD in anthropology.
