I turned on my computer and it went to a blank screen which said, something about my profile being corrupted and when i clicked ok [the only choice] it went to a brand new desktop & everything I had was erased! So everytime I turn it on I have to reinstall my internet! Can anyone tell me what's wrong? What can I do? Ahhh!

nothing got deleted, it's just your PC profile like your shortcuts, your favorites, your desktop layout settings is lost. No personal files or data is deleted other than the above configuration settings.
When you login next time, go to c:\C:\Documents and Settings\
and find your name or ID like "Joe" on this folder and rename this folder to something like "temp" or delete it.
The new profile that has setup will act as your new profile going forward. The only issue is you have to set all your favorites or desktop settings again.

might be virus. run a virus scan. if no sucess then need to reinstall OS.
