ok i get like this shar pain in my chest then it goes away then comes bak is that heartburn. when it hurts it feells like something stuck.should i be worried.

This could be any number of SERIOUS health issues. It sounds like acid reflux, which is like heart burn, but occurs regularly. If left untreated the stomach acid will destroy your esophagus, which, well is just going to be a huge problem. You also may be suffering from mild heart attacks. I am NOT a doctor, and I do not know anything about your medical history like family history of heart disease, stroke, etc, so these are only GUESSES. Please seek qualified medical attention this week!! There are many effective treatments available for you upon being diagnosed.

That sounds like heartburn. If you've had this before, it could be Acid Reflux. If the pain comes back, go see your doctor.
