usually the guys that say size does not matter are not very well endowed (they have a small one)
But... i have been with very large sized men who didnt know how to use what they had, and I have been with very small sized men who made great lovers, so I guess it really does depend on if the guy knows how to use what they got

Having heard differing opinions, I know my answer must be the correct one, and it is as such:
Depends on the individual, both men and women. Men are commonly stereotyped as either well-endowed or not depending on their answer, but women are equally divided in their opinion as to whether it matters or not. The conclusion has to be to each his/her own.
