You can try "dragging and dropping" the task bar back into it's rightful position, it may take a few tries. or you can try retarting your computer. Wish ya luck!

Make sure your taskbar is "unlocked" before you try to drag it. Right-click on a blank space on your taskbar. If you see the item "Lock the Taskbar" and it is checked, click on it to unckeck it and then follow the advice in the other answers.

Click on the Task bar(Blank area).Hold down the mouse left button and drag downwards.A border will appear as it reaches the bottom of the screen.Release the mouse.

drag and drop...click and hold the taskbar with the mouse. then drag it where you want it and then drop or release the mouse..that will surely help..

click on it don't release the button and drag to bottom of the screen.
