I would highly recommend contacting you local library about this one. They can get the books for you from other states if they have to, then once they have a good look at the books, can help you hunt down copies to own. I once found a rare book in Alaska, contacted the library that sent it, and they put me in touch with the dealer who helped them.

Hope this helps!

These are major backlist titles. Any good sized book store should carry them, or at least be able to order them, or you can get them from amazon.com. They've also been recently released as remainders in a twelve volume, hardback set, so check your bookstore's bargain section.

They are everywhere. I just noticed in Costco (a wholesale wherehouse in the US) a new re-release of them sold together. Amazon has them as well as any major reseller, Borders, B&N, etc.
