I just moved into a new house that came with a water softner. I always used an exfoliating scrub, moisturized, in the winter I take a bath with baby oil in it. This all works but when I started to shower in soft water!!! What a change my skin and hair is so much smoother and softer. It takes getting used to at first b/c the water feels "slick" but after 2/3 days your skin will thank you! (I also like using Vaseline intesive care every night on my feet/hands)

Exfoliate with a scrub. Body scrubs are great Bath and Body works makes great scrubs as well as a new store called MELT. Coco butter and Shea butter are great moisterizers. And putting baby oil or coco buter oil after showering while still wet ( be careful not to slip and fall) then drying off is great for the skin. The Oil of Olay shower mositrizer is good too ( and not so slippery)

in the shower, exfoliate your skin with either a scrub or loofah. then, right when you get out of the shower and your skin is still damp, spritz on baby oil and rub into your skin. this will keep your skin the softest and moisturize your skin. also, reapply lotion onto dry spots throughout the day, and you should be good to go!

shower, then while ur still in the shower before you towel off, rub baby oil all over... the steam will help your body absorb the baby oil because it keeps your pores open... then just dry off the excess with a towel and your good to go, no need to moisturize the old fashioned way!
