It would of helped to know his age, but their are many factors that may cause a soft erection. It could be physical or mental. It could be age, stress on the job, stress at home, stress that you complain he is to soft, stress he will not perform up to your likes, stress that he is not performing like he use to, he could be over tired, or several medical problems or all of them.
But most likely it is age and it is normal after the age of 40 or even in some men younger. It is not unmanly to have him go see a Urologist. Have a physical check up and run some circulation tests. In the mean time the Doctor could prescribe Viagra for him or other ED medicine tablets and his soft erections will be a thing of the past.
Good Luck

A human body is like a car, needs regular servicing. However
not many of us know that. I give you an e.q. How often do we services our car yearly, 3, 4. 5 times or more. How often do we exercise and try to detox away the waste in the body. Ans : Exhausted after a long hours job, stress so no time for it. We
visit the doctor when we are sicked but we send the car for servicing not because it can't performed but because we are programme for it. Take care of the car and the car will give you good service. Get it.

There could be several reasons for this. One...is he stressed at work or at home? Most of the time in men any erectile dysfunction is usually related to either stress or a medical condition. More often than not it is directly related to work problems...not getting enough sleep etc.

Many things here. high blood pressure, diabetes, to name two can make this worse. He really needs to see a doctor. SOON. For both your sakes. this is not normal at any age. Stress can be a factor too. So be nice...

I don't know!
It could be several things. I have this problem and I know others who also do. Mine happens to be caused by a prostate operation. It could also be blood pressure problem and a variety of things that call for a doctor to check.

ED is common among men from their late 20's on. Tell him to see his doctor. There are great ways to take care of this, but the doctor is the best one to tell you which one.

Has it always been this way? Does he get hard enough to penetrate? If yes to both, then, i guess there's nothing to worry about. If no, then he should see a doctor.

Maybe he's too tired. If it only happens once a while, that's okay. However, if it becomes a problem, go seek urologist.
