Could be, infection with certain types of HPV can increase the risk of developing some types of cancer.
First off, how can you feel your ovaries. That seems unlikely to me. You could have all kinds of things going on besides the worst. Get a doctor to tell you the findings, keep it in check so whatever arises for you, you'll get it quick. You can't possibly think you could be diagnosed on a website after 4 little statements/questions.
Bloodwork, a history, other symptoms all have to be examined along with many other things to come up with an acurate diagnosis. Talk to your doctor and get examined. This is nothing to play with, right?

You need to get a pap done. I have HPV and am testing positive for pre-cancer sells. It can go away on it's own. There is so many kinds of HPV from genital warts to pre- cancer. Which is what I have. You need to get pap tested and a biopsy if you have a bad pap. Just because you have HPV does not mean you have cancer. There is so many different kinds and most of them go away on there own.

I first hope you are old enough for sex. HPV is of course very common for the sexually active. HPV will lead to abnormal pap smears, but doesn't necessarly mean it'll turn out to be cancer. Just make sure you get your colpo test every year, plus your pap smears every six months! HPV requires sooner testings.

While HPV can cause cervical cancer, it is not cervical cancer in and of itself.
