I usually find comfort in reading a romance novel.
If that doesn't work then I go to God......he can lift any spirit with just a thought of him. I really should say that I have learned that in my time of need God is the source of my pleasure and comfort.
I also like ice cream it makes me sooooo very happy also.

FRIDAY AT QUITTING TIME!!!! There's NO better feel good moment than getting the paycheck! woo hoo! Even if all the money is going to the landlord, or the power company, it feels good to know i'm paying a bill! There are LOTS of people out there without jobs, living on the streets, or in a very financially stressful situation. I am glad and thank God that i've got a good job. It could go away in a heartbeat, but for now, i feel very fortunate. I never take it for granite.

Depending on what made me blue, I call my mom or another friend, I eat some chocolate (hopefully not too much), take a bath, or put on some music. One of those things usually helps.
If it's a need that I didn't realize I had, like if I've been working really hard and not realized I'm hungry, I'll stop and make sure I don't need something before trying one of those things.

they say money can't buy happiness but it puts you in a good mood. Having lots of money would mean having the means to shop, eat at fancy restaurants, and go around the world. Chocolates can put you in a good mood, going to the spa, and get pampering treatments. But its also nice to earn money and not just ask for your parents for some, because you'll sometimes feel guilty and bad, but if you earn it, it feels much better. So being in a good job, if you are an adult, would help you do just that.

There are a ton of things that I do. Sometimes I'll grab a basketball or soccer ball and just spend some time outside. If that doesn't work, I'll turn the stereo up, and just rock out. Cook, chat, read, or just think of something that I think is hillarious. Once you start laughing, it's hard to stop.

Exercise, eat ice cream, call my mom unless she was the one who made me blue, go out to my garden or stay home alone. Those are a few of my remedies.

I take a break and meditate. I take deep breath and breathe out slowly, several times. This makes mind cool and sober. I take a good cup of tea and listen to classical music. In about half an hour I am back to normal.Yes My normal mood is always good!

Do you have a favorite physical exercise? I like to destress by running, especially when I run a particularly good race. You may not have to like running, but whatever physical activity you like to do, develop it more. Whenever you feel "blue", go do your physical exercise (assuming you haven't eaten a large meal for the previous 2 hours) the best you can, and afterwards you'll feel very satisfied.
