Its easier to be detached but it takes a real person to be emotionally attached, so Divide my time by prioritizing what I need to be attached to and what I should detach from

Quite a lot, yes. Something really bad happened in my household and I lost my feelings. Oh except sadness, I can't seem to detatch from that one. It is hard getting all my feelings back but I am working at it.

Only when I'm on the back of the ambulance. If my emotions get too involved, I could hurt my patient instead of helping them.
