Depends on what I'm researching. Sometimes it's around 80%, other times it's 100%. But never less than 80%. Books are an invaluable resource.

Probably about 75%. I read a TON, as much as I possibly can, but I also like to research stuff online.

More like 90-100%. I went to college and everything was read, read and read. Our lessons were all in the books.

For me, it may be 50%, maybe more, information from books.
I read alot and go to the library all the time.

everybodys different. i would think that most people who enjoy books retain more than that. it provokes the imagintion and builds vocabulary so in a sense, you get more from a book than you put into it
