You know how u have a pg 13 movie, a rated r movie well i was wondering how u would classify that. Im writing a story and I have no idea what it would fall under?? Help?? thanks

Think about the content of the story. The more violent and sexual the story is (and coarse language), the more likely it is to get a more severe rating. Also, if the story contains mature themes, it would get a higher rating. Are you a parent? Would you want your 12-year-old child reading the story? Think about the audience you're aiming at as well.

If the website has a rating system, they most likely have a general guide to it in the FAQ section.
