if you understand that the penis is a muscle. All muscle need exercise to become strong and help grow. No jacking off has nothing to do with making your penis smaller. In fact up to a certain point of masturbating it can actually help grow your penis.

Doesn't make your dick smaller, doesn't make it bigger. It doesn't do anything for your arms either..but it sure is FUN! When I was a teen (a long, long time ago!) I thought for sure all that jacking off was what was making my pecker so big. There was no porn in those days (the 1950's) and I never saw other dudes with boners so I didn't know we were all pretty much the same size when we had hard ons after puberty hit us. Where did you get the idea that it makes your penis smaller. Whoever told you that, you need to fire them or send them to health class again b/c aparently they were sleeping through it or something. anyways, i always thought that jacking off was just to please one-self. I've never heard of it making it smaller. Try going to the website below, im sure that they have a better answer to that question.
