i have bad hair

i am 220 at 14 years old {i know i'm overweight}
i have strech marks
i have bad fingernails {because i bit them alot}

if you can please help me lose this because there's this girl that i really want but i don't think she would want somebody with fat and espically strech marks.and is it possible to lose some of this in two months. thanks

For your weight check out SparkPeople.com (www.sparkpeople.com). It's an on-line weight-loss program. I am on it right now and I really enjoy the program cause there are lots of people doing it. They give you support and know how at your own pace.

What do you mean bad hair? Do you mean a bad hair cut? You can always check out a couple of hair salons for ideas of how you would look in certain hairstyles or you could ask somebody for a a good referral of a good stylist.

As for your acne not to worry as you are only 14. If you eat nutritiously (no junk food) and keep your face clean by washing, toning, and moisturize you'll grow out of this stage. Once a week you can also do a facial mask to deep cleanse all the impurities that are trapped under your pores. If your skin pores are clogged on your face then you will certainly have acne breakouts and blemishes. I would advise you to also see a dermatologist by asking your family doctor to refer you to one.

As for your stretch marks exercise regularly. Just check out SparkPeople.com they have pretty good exercise tips that you can try. Before attempting any physical exercise you may want to get a doctor's ok. This is if you've never, ever exercised in your life. Do get started on your fitness program asap. The sooner the better to reach your goal.

As for your fingernails you can get a manicure to get your nails prettied up and stop biting your nails. What's the reason for biting your nails? Habit? Insecurity about yourself? If you need motivation you can also chat with the people who are in the SparkPeople.com program.

That's alot to ask yourself to quit in just two months. You were taught to eat the way you do, it takes time to teach yourself a new way. The acne takes trial and error also, what works for you. Not to be discouraging but you need to do things for yourself, not to impress some girl. Although, the opposite sex can be motivation to do some things you wanted to do anyways. All I know is that you must keep bad foods out of the house all together, maybe you could ask you parent(s) to help you by doing that. Good Luck

aw...poor guy! you need to do these things, and improve your self image...

bad hair...go to a professional..they can help you. Spend a little cash on a good haircut that is easy to keep up.

Acne...you are 14, it is bound to happen...try pro-active.
or see a dermatologist.
overweight...yes, you can lose weight...eat healthy! watch your calories. eat 6 small meals a day, find out what you should be consuming calorie wise, and eat that amount. Exercize! take up jogging, bike riding, weight lifting...the more muscle mass you accumulate naturally, the more calories you burn off.
stretch marks...try some over the counter creams...
bad fingernails...get that stuff that tastes bad. teach yourself drawing, or writing in a notebook. Every time you want to do something with your hands...find a positive thing to do. Learn meditation techniques to calm yourself down and focus...

whats so bad about your hair? just get hait cut or grow it out a lil .. spike it? do whatever

put rubbing alcohol on your finger tips, it should taste bitter when you try to bite them

go to your doctor for a prescription for your acne. or try using different products that contain benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. then remember to moisturizer your skin no matter what.

start drinkin water. and only water. eat more fruits and veggies. use skim milk for cereal etc. dont eat anything fatty or sugary. and dont eat too many carbs. eat 500 less calories everyday then your normal intake. no junk food.

do sit ups everyday. do about 25 at a time, take a break and do 25 more. do as many as you can a day but dont overdo it. but doing only situps wont help. you need to do some cardio like running and jumping jacks and stuff like that

there isnt much you can do about your stretch marks but coco butter is supposed to prevent or help them

well i can tell you that proactive really helped me and my acne a lot i no longer have acne and I'm glade i tried it. if you cant afford proactive try nutrogena or some other face cleaner at walmart. they sell the three step kits that really help. just use that in the morning and at night. umm about the weight try looking up healthy ways to loose weight and eat and exercise. for the stretch marks try cocoa butter lotion at walmart i heard it works. hope i helped and good luck with the girl.

It sounds like you need to start taking better care of yourself, but I can tell you one important thing-
Regardless of what you look like, the one thing that the ladies absolutely love is CONFIDENCE.
Women are different from men...if a guy is not the best looking, but he is confident and has a good personality, it really is more important.
Love yourself...it really will help.

stretch marks- cocoa butter, shea butter, vitiman E and A, lots of water

bad hair- hair stylist to show you how to keep your hair looking fresh

acne- proactiv

bad fingernails- paint them with clear nailpolish, you wont want to bite your fingernails then because it tastes nasty.

overweight- healthy meals and exercise.... running to and from school... walking up 2 steps at a time instead of 1 to build muscles... gym, commitment

Go on a diabetes diet, not saying it will help in two months but it would be a good start. There diet is quiet strict. No sugar.

the wieght watchers diet is amazing, works for everyone, start working out, even thought it's gonna be hard...try using proactive for your acne or something to take care of it, and go to a salon to fix your hair and stuff....but stick to ur diet/workout/and everything or else u'll never find a way to fix it...
