Dress up as "Werewolves of London".It's standard werewolf makeup, but with British punk rock costumes and the Union Jack prominently displayed.My friends and I did it last year and got tons of compliments.If you feel like being obnoxious, you can sing"Anarchy in the UK" , or howl at the top of your lungs.

You could dress up in Renn Faire gear as a royal family or perhaps the 3 bears :)

A scarecrow family. You can make the costumes yourself.My husband and I dressed up as scarecrows one year, and he carried a baby scarecrow and won first prize.

Go in the buff with just some boots on and get your hubby to do the same with just a skillet on his head then you can be peter pan & pussnboots, guaranteed first prize!!!
