This is not out of the ordinary. Some people start to explore there sexuality as early as when there are still in the womb. If you are concerned you should talk to a doctor. You might be surprised that masturbation is more prevalent then you thought. Be careful not to hurt your self. This can be a tuff time for you so hang in there and try to remember at your age you should be thinking about just being a kid still.

12 is the age that a lot of kids hormones just start making them weirdos and concern us to pieces.

Well...I don't think its necessarily abnormal - but it isn't something that most people usually subscribe to at your age. If it bothers you or worries you - talk with your mom or your school nurse. They are both very good people who can help you - even if it is just listening to you when you need to talk.
