i have a dislocated pinky finger

Go to the ER have the Dr xray to make sure its not broken.Either way the ER Dr will take care of if the correct way.

Pop it back into alignment. Tape it in place. Put coldpack on it. Take ibuprofen or tylenol. Sleep with it higher than your heart.
