I look for a good meshing of personalities in a friend, my husband is my friend and my lover, we became friends and then lovers, my friends have got to be loyal because I am loyal, they have to be honest with me because I am honest with them.
The worst qualities they could possess would be a self promoting habit or harshly critical.
When I was looking for a mate I was looking for someone who could take me as I am, willingly, and could be ultimately trusted with everything.

i just look for someone who theres a connection with...were usually friends before dating (and its always happened that we reamain good friends afterwards) he has to be able to make me laugh, can take a joke but still take things seriously, and just want to goof around and have fun with life...you only have one chance, make it worth it. and he has to treat me like a princess...cuz thats just adorable
