A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one’s dream interpretation. The Yahansmaniac Community member suggests the following.

Almost all the first time mothers go through the same anxiety which you are facing that nothing should hurt baby but don't worry everything is going to be alright .All this will take its own time to settle down . Its all emotional/mood swings which start occurring from the time of pregnancy .
I guess you are highly caring and this is your first baby so the stress level is high. You need a break .Meanwhile , what you can do is talk to your husband to take care of your baby say for 1 hour , during which you please do whatever you enjoy . Chatting over the phone , tv, shopping, dance etc. Anything which you enjoy . Start meeting other mothers having infants so that you can talk to them & know how they feel .
Personally I feel , more than anything you need an assurance preferably from your husband that he is there for you and the baby . Things are going to be very different six months down the line but they will be better . Good luck !!!!

Your concerned about the baby, perhaps choking
Your concerned someone else could hurt the baby
Your afraid of losing your baby

natural to feel these feelings as a new mom. My daughter is 15 and I dream about her, I have worries about her and concerns. It never ends, just don't get goofy about it and take it for what it is, not overly concerned, just on your mind while your asleep and your brain has time to come up with goofy stuff. Even tv affects our thoughts while we sleep, maybe you've watched programs that stick with you.
Yes of course alcohol can affect your dreams and sleep. If you don't drink too much, what could it hurt, right?
It'll be fine. Enjoy your daughter. She'll be 15 before you know it and you'll have a whole new set of problems that will give you nightmares and keep you up at night, so get your sleep now.

Talk to your doctor, but it sounds like standard post-partum depression to me.

Not sure of all the medical reasons of why it happens but strangely enough it is fairly common for women to have dreams or thoughts of hurting their baby after childbirth. It's a hormonal thing. Don't feel bad but I would encourage you to talk to your doctor as they may be able to help. Unless it was an excessive amount of alcohol I doubt that has anything to do with it. And if you spent the last 9 months or so without alcohol and you aren't breastfeeding I say enjoy the odd alcoholic beverage as long as you are responsible.

No, Nightmares are like your innovations's way of working a concern to technique your possibilities of survival. that's the reason they are very as a rule approximately issues which you relatively are petrified of or have been thinking alot approximately recently. You many times continually awaken while the concern gets too severe, or in uncommon circumstances you may die. that's form of like the Matrix even with the shown fact that, in case you suspect this to rather be an illustration from God, then you certainly, him or his mom could desire to seek for a non secular instructor or psychic of a few form. ( i don't have self assurance in psychics yet while that's what floats your boat, eh.). i'm Pantheist, so in a manner, nightmares are signs and indicators from God by showing you a concern in which you confront your fears.

First of all you shouldn't be drinking alcohol before going to bed it could cause you not to be as alert if something were to happen and your baby and she start crying you may not wake up due to the alcohol..I would take as a warning to you not to drink..Second having a baby puts a lot more responsability on you as a parent , your her guardian she rely's completely on you and even while sleeping your mind is on her well being ..your her protecter and she needs her mom to keep a straight head,,Ditch the alcohol..Your daughter is to important..

YOu honestly shouldn't be drinking alcohol after havind a baby anyway, your hormones are already distorted and you're making it worse. You have those dreams because you might feel there is something wrong or you're doing something wrong. You need to take a step back and think about your life and what you want to change. Firstly you can start by not drinking alcohol it dements your judegment and I pray to God you're not breastfeeding

You shouldn't be drinking in the first place. You may be worrying about your baby, that's why you had a nightmare.
