Here is what you need to do for this evening, for immediate care. You need to keep them warm. Put them in a container that they cannot get out of. Get a heating pad and place it underneath whatever you have them in: 1/2 on, 1/2 off so if they get too hot they can cool themselves down.
DO NOT be worried about feeding them. This is not life threatening. In fact, if you are not properly trained, you can do more harm than good.
In the morning, I would like to have you try and reunite them with their mother. It's likely that with the wind and rain that they just fell out of the nest. Try and locate the nest in the morning (it will look like a big pile of dried leaves in a tree). Make sure the squirrels are warm before you put them out. Place them in a box near the base of the tree you think the nest is in. Leave them there for about 6 hours. If needed, keep a hot water bottle in with them (mom will not take them back if they are cold).
If this is not successful, you need to contact a wildlife rehabilitator near you. It is illegal in many places to care for wildlife, even if you have every intention of releasing it back into the wild. See the included link for a listing of rehabbers all over the US.
I know that you want to do what is in the best interest of the little ones, please try and reunite them with their mother tomorrow, and if that doesn't work, call a professional.

First, are you sure these squirrels are in need of raising. Many of them fall out of trees, but if left alone, mom will come down and take them back up by the scruff of their neck. A squirrels eyes open betweeen the 19th and 21rst day. They must be kept warm up until this time. Use a plastic medicine dropper, never use glass. Feed them on a bath towel on a table. Do not leave unattended as they will scramble off. The towel will give you good control. The formula is 3 ounces of milk, add one tsp of mixed baby cereal and 5 drops of white corn syrup. Make it fresh each day and refrigerate.
Warm like baby formula for feeding. A cardboard box or old aquarium is ideal for housing. Cover the top with mesh or they'll crawl out, Clean any furry messes with a washcloth and warm water. Use facial tissue for bedding. It's easy to remove and replace for easy cleaning. After infancy you can use a 1 inch deep feeding dish. Put a piece of bread in it and soak with the formula. Touch his mouth to it and he will learn to suck the food off the bread and not choke. Only feed one squirrel in this way at a time. Do not attempt to bathe young squirrels as they catch cold easily. As they age you can add nut fruit and salad to supplement. Raising wildlings involves time and patience. If you can't get these ingredients tonight settle for the milk. Tomorrow you can set the babies outside and go out of sight for awhile and see if mom will reclaim her young. Be patient. A little time spent here could save everyones sanity. The babies must learn to be wild to be truly happy. That is something that only their mom can teach.

At least a little Karo syrup to keep the blood sugar up. A little water too. Feeding can be tricky if you do it with a dropper. Little animals can aspirate the liquid into the lungs and cause a deadly pneumonia.
Call a wildlife rehab person in the morn. Vets are not interested in taking them. Most of them die.

My Grandma has tons of squirrels that come right up to her door they are so tame, she feeds them white cookies with white frosting in the middle, you can buy them at almost any story for really cheap, and it is pretty cool because after a while of feeding them by putting the cookie in a tree or something it will start to be tame and take it right from your hand!

Nuts I guess. Can you get them to drink water? I mean everything needs water to survive, that can bide you a little time.
