I have a couple of questions about PayPal...
The first is, does it cotain a monthly fee?
The second question is, can you put money from your regular bank account into your paypal account?
And third how do you get a PayPal debit card?

There is nomonthly fee to use PAypal.
Yes, you can either put money from a checking account or creditcard.
When you sign up for PAYPAL YOU WILL SEE ALL sorts of ads to sign up for Paypal credit card and other services.

No there is no monthly fee. And you can put money in the account from your bank. If I remember correctly you have to register and verify your bank account. It takes like 3 days. Register then paypal will send you 2 small deposits, you then confirm these deposits in your Paypal account.

No fee for paypal unless you need to accept credit card payments then they take a percentage (small amount) of each transaction you recieve on you account.
Yes, you connect you bank account, debit card or credit card with pay pal and you can transfer money to you pay pal account. It take about 3 days for it to get there. You can also make purchases and send money using the debit/credit feature that is instant.
You apply for it after you open your account up and put money in it.

if u go to paypal u can get a line of credit i don't know about a debt card. and yes it takes money outta your bank account if that is how u sign up. and no fee for having an account.
