Well 7 is to 34 because the digits in 34 add up to 7. (3 + 4 = 7) So 5 is to 41 then. That's my guess.

if 7 is to 34,then 5 is to 23 because
a)3 and 4 are consecutive.also 2 and 3 are consecutive
b)3 and 4 adds up to 7.also 2 and 3 adds up to 5.
