I don't have too much acne, I have some blemish, but I take care of that with OTC medications...
Overall my skin looks uneven colored and rough...what can I do to make it look even colored and reduce redness?

try St.Ives Medicated Face Scrub For Oily Complexions for your roughness and uneven color. try Neutrogena SPF 15 lotion for Sensitive Skin for the redness.

Use a good exfoliating product or peel (AVON has the Clinical peel), to keep skin new & this will help with the dullness.
Use a product that has a brightening/whitening agent, to even out skin tone & brighten the face. AVON's product would be Luminosity.

keeping yourself hydrated... make sure you drink enough water.
if your urine is yellow.. then you're dehydrated
