it could be. Especially cuz the edges are jagged. My aunt founf a mole on her foot and it turned out it was skin cancer. She had it removed and now shes OK. Go to the dermatologist ASAP!

Is there any reason why you want to save it? Anything that grows on my body other than hair I want it removed. Go to the doctor and have it checked out. Most doctors are trained to spot skin cancer. If they aren't sure, they will send you to a dermo Specialist. Better safe than sorry.

I think you should have it looked at by a dermatologist. They will be able to tell you immediately what it is and if it's dangerous and how to deal with it. You'll feel better when you have it checked out and it's not difficult to do.
