I cannot find any bunny on the cover of my August 1956 PLAYBOY, but it is on all of the more recent ones. Did you know that the first issue appeared in December 1953 and that it had no Playmate? Marilyn Monroe was Sweetheart of the Month. A stag was first considered as the mag's symbol. Imagine looking for it on each cover.

Actually, this has been a long standing tradition of that magazine. There's always a Bunny someplace. Hidden and not so (recently in my opinion). Years ago they were much more into making it fun/hard to locate the elusive Bunny.

The bunny likes to see naked ladies but isn't allowed to look.
Somehow he always gets in the camera. One of these days he
will find a better hiding place.

Any wound, whether stitched or not, heals better and faster when it is covered with a sterile bandage. Contrary to popular belief, leaving it exposed to the air does not help. Rather, it increases the likelihood of bacteria coming into contact with the wound, which would only prolong healing.
