Well you didn't say how high his temp is but remember 101 and under is usually teeth anything over 101 is usually an infection... and since he is vomitting you need to make sure to keep him hydrated and I would also make sure you give him fever meds every 4-6 hours.. depending on what you use.. Just keep comforting him and try a cool bath to bring the fever down and try running a vaporizer for him too..

You should be able to call the Dr's office anyways, it will go to an answering service and the Dr on call will call you right back. What is his temp? You can put warm compresses(wash clothes) in his groin area and armpits. Try alternating the Tylenol and Motrin----note: Tylenol every 4hrs and Motrin every 8hrs you can give the Motrin around 2hrs after giving the Tylenol.
He may be teething, teething is more painful at night for our little ones b/c they are lying down and the pressure causes more pain. If you have Baby Orajel try that as well.
The vomiting could be caused from the pain/elevated temp and the coughing and wheezing could be associated with the crying. I am not a Physician so do not rely only on my judgments as I am just a mother, though I would no doubt call my pediatrician.
Good Luck to you and I hope your son is fine.

Depends how high his temp is and weather his wheezing and coughing is interfering with his breathing.Because of his vomiting and high temp he could become dehydrated. Which is dangerous for an infant. Most Dr's offices have an answering service that will contact the Dr on call and call you back with in 30 minutes. I recommend that you call your Docs office. If you don't get the answering service or a recording telling you what to do in case of emergency. Just take your baby to the emergency room. Better to be safe than sorry. Don't ever delay when it comes to your baby's health. You can never be too worried when it comes to your own child. Let us know how it works out.

Children with high tempertures are usually really sick, children don't get fevers for no reason. But they also aren't considered having a fever until it is 101. You can give him baby tylenol and put him in a lukewarm bath. Don't feel like you have to keep him bundled up. Take the blankets of and his clothes, give him water, if you have it pedialyte if not get it. You can give him both tylenol and advil. But if his fever is over 103 take him to the hospital, you are running the risk of him having a seizure from the temp.

keep giving him medicine to keep the temp down. Alternate tylenol and motrin. If he has a lot of trouble breathing you must go to the emergency room. Also, to keep his temp down, you must not wrap him up in blankets or heavy pj's, strip him down to a tee shirt or to his diaper. if his fever will not go down and he continues to wheeze and gets worse, then a trip to the hospital is needed and it will make you feel better too. If he seems to be okay, wait, call doctors office as soon as it opens and get in ASAP.

If his fever is higher than 101 take him to the emergency room.Try givig him a popsicle , pedialyte,or a little bit of gatorade mixed w/water so he does not get dehydrated. No juice. If he is hungry give him crackers or little pieces of bread,he probably won't want much else.As to why he is sick i don't know.It could be a infection, cold, virus a # of things.Just comfort him as much as possible until his Doc. is open then take him.Hope he gets better soon.

Go to the emergency of the nearest clinic or hospital. High temperature is a bad sign and you're baby is becoming uncomfortable with it. A sponge bath will help but go to the emergency just as well. NOW!!!!

Maybe you could try motrin until the doctor opens but if his fever is above 103 take him to the ER, luke-warm baths and less clothes also help...I hope he is feeling better soon

you might have to take him to the emergency room, if he stays sick. He can get dehydrated and that can be dangerous, good luck and God Bless and I hope the little one feels better real soon. As far as getting his temparature down give him a cool bath. that should work
