LOL it happens, go take a scissor or some razers and cut it out but be careful while doing it, after all you are growing up, but u r question had really made me laugh :)) i m still laughing :))

I think hair can grow on almost any normal skin. Sometimes for some people it doesn't grow dark or thick or whatever... if you are worried about where the hair is growing, ask your doctor, or get it waxed. whatever works best for you.
