10's win. Same hand is if you both have pair of 2s etc......In that case you split the pot.

In the game of Texas Hold 'Em, the person who has a pair of tens wins the tiebreaker.

The tens would win the pot. If the flop came something like 2-5-4-8-8 then the pair of twos would win the pot with a full house twos full of eights. if you have the same hand like a-k vs a-k then the only way to win would be by making a flush, otherwise it is a chop pot. Now if you have a-j and the other guy has a-9 and the board reads a-j-q-q-k then it is still a chop pot because you both have aces and queens with the king kicker. only if the board was something like a-q-q-7-10 then you would win with aces and queens with a jack kicker and he would have aces and queens with a 10 kicker.

There are specific rules about this, in this case I would think the 10's would win. But, there is a suit order as well, if in cards two have a Royal Flush (astronomical odds) I believe there is a suit order that determines the winner, Spades, Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds.

10s.

But in general, you should always examine the BEST five cards on the table. If the community cards contained a 2, for example, the pair of two's would win.

Check the best five, esp. if the pairs were shared on the flop or something.

If both of you had a pair of tens, then the one with the highest card in the remainder is the winner
