i like just got over my sore throat liek 4 hours ago. i still got swallen glans or watever but it dont hurt wen i swallow anymore can i start smoking again yet or will it just make it worse????????

Yeah, you should quit for a little bit longer or for good if you can. I had a minor soar throat in the past but intesified as I kept smoking my Newports, then ended up in the hospital cuz the infection spread like a wildfire......it almost killed me.

First off, cigarettes are not good for anything. Its a very bad and nasty habit. Very hard to get rid of once you do keep smoking. You may want to see a physician, it could just be your tonsils or just a plain old cold. See your personal care physician, but, dont take up smoking, even if your better....

the smoking probably caused the sore throught, and yes it will make it worse, in fact it will make everything worse, your breath your clothes smell, your breathing, your health, your image, your appetite, just quit! smoking is ugly and disgusting and I would like to kick you in the teeth for adding more pollution to the air my kids breath!

I would wait as smoking most likely will just irritate it further.
