I think Monk is funnier. House is more of a drama with some comedy thrown in. I love both shows. I never miss them.

I love House, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a comedy. It is a drama that has dry humour. It doesn't leave you in stiches. I heard Monk was really funny, but I have never seen it.
