"The Girl In the Cafe" is with Bill Nighy and Kelly MacDonald.
He works for the government and is pretty much married to his job and that's basically all he has going in his life.
We don't know too much about her and she pretty much remains a mystery through the whole movie.
They have a chance meeting at this cafe and form a relationship and he ends up taking her to the G8 conference in Reykjavik.
It's a very good movie. Originally made for HBO, I think, but it is available on DVD.
I totally fell in love with the way the two interacted with each other.
You really must check it out!
I'm not at all surprised if Kelly MacDonald did received an Emmy for her performance, but I'm disappointed that Bill Nighy didn't -he was just as good!

I'd never heard of it either. Yeah, the girl in it won best actress in a miniseries or movie, I think.

Good movie about a painting come to life. "Girl in the Cafe" is also the name of the painting. You will see them recreate the picture in the movie.
