If I asked a friend to get me something and she said no. what name can i give to that personn?

Let me get this straight, you "asked" a friend to get something, in other words you gave her two choices, now you're trying to judge that person because she chose the "option" that you didn't like. I have a feeling she doesn't have quite the "friend" that she may have thought she did. As for what to call her, let's try,

Independent, strong, mindful, thoughtful, self supportive, etc etc etc..
