We have been hearing and seeing strange things as did the previous owners, just wondering if we (don't laugh) have a ghost!

The "title" of the home will list all the people that have owned the home/land previous to you. Then search some/all of the previous owners in the local paper.See if any of the owners died of strange incidents,or in the home.I have a friend who brought a spiritualist into his home and she removed the problem .It can be done.

Not laughing at all I had the same problem. If you want info. then go to the achrives nearest to your home. Remember that this could be the land and not the house. Also keep in mind that having teenagers around or being fearfull all the time will only feed into the energy. Deal with it head on tell them they are not welcome and guide them to the light. Burning a 7 day candle will help too. look up "Mary Ann" from cleveland she can help even over the phone. Now don't laugh at me I tried a lot of things worse than these!

Court house for record on who owned the house, then internet newspaper sites for obits.
Talk to neighbors, some that have been around the area for awhile and check out your local paranormal groups, yes there is most likely a group within50 to 75 miles of you that checks out houses or can help you get started..
These are facts we live with, there are a couple where I work, however I have only rarely sensed anything, but a co-worker of mine is able to sense them.
He says it is true about the air being cold whereever something is, I mean you can really tell the difference.

You can begin by having a real estate lawyer do a title search for you. Then you will know who have been the owners of your house from way back in time.
Take it from there.

you could look at the abstract that came with the house, that tells previous owners and stuff and you could find out about the people .
