Are there any places to live in the world, where the daytime temperature is roughly 75 degrees all year round, and it does not rain too much?

Southern California, near the coast.
It is almost never colder than 55 nor hotter than 80, and those only for a few days each year. Rainfall usually about ten inches a year. The range of temperature each day is close to ten degrees F; 75 in day, 65 at night.

A famous comic once said "The weather report had been cancelled for lack of interest."

Seems to me that the Carolina's are the most temperate areas to live. It may not be that perfect 75 degrees but it's as close as I can advise you. Good luck

Monterey California, shirt sleeves and shorts all year round.

Would that be a little boring? Well the odd earthquake or 9 foot tsunami might liven things up a bit.

San Diego fits the bill as close as I can think to that.

Someday I would love to live there.
